If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at support@fullofherbs.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund. Once shipped, our return and refund policy will apply.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any tea items—opened or unopened. Here's why:
- Health & Safety: Because our teas are consumable, we cannot accept returns to ensure the safety and integrity of our products.
- Small-Batch Freshness: Every blend is handcrafted in small quantities, just for you. Once it leaves our hands, it cannot be resold or reused.
- Personal Taste: We know herbal tea is deeply personal. While we hope every sip brings you healing and comfort, we do not offer refunds based on taste preferences.
- Ingredient Transparency: We list every ingredient clearly so you can make informed decisions and sip with peace of mind.
That said, if you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
💌 Refund Eligibility for Non-Tea Items
For non-consumable items (such as accessories or merchandise), you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, email us at support@fullofherbs.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
