At Full of Herbs, we make special teas from plants that help people feel good inside and out. Our story began not in a big office but in a garden, where my grandmas and my mom showed me how plants can help keep us healthy. I learned from them how important it is to take care of our bodies with help from nature.

When I became a mom, I wanted to feel better and help my family feel healthy too. Sometimes, regular medicine didn’t work for us, so I started mixing teas in my kitchen. Soon, my family and friends wanted to try them because they felt better too! That’s how Full of Herbs was born.
